Request a repeat prescription

If your pet is on long-term medication, you can request a repeat prescription using the form below, or by calling us on 01480 877430. (Please note: our phone line is live from 1st September, when we open.)

Please allow 2 working days for us to prepare your pet’s medication.

By law, pets on prescription medicines need regular check-ups with a vet before repeats can be issued. We will let you know when your pet’s next check is due.

Written prescriptions are available on request if you would prefer to buy your pet’s medication elsewhere.

Please include the name of each medication, the strength, and the quantity or number of days' supply. If you are unsure, please check the label on your pet's current medication.
Please allow at least 2 working days for us to prepare your pet's medication.

Please note: we require 2 working days' notice to prepare repeat prescriptions. By law, pets receiving prescription medication must have regular check-ups with a vet before repeat prescriptions can be issued – we will let you know when your pet's next check is due.
